• The annual sales volume of door lock is more than 1 million pieces. The locks are sold to North America.
• The annual sales volume of pressure gauge is more than 4 million pieces. The pressure gauges are sold to more than 50 countries in 6 continents.
• The annual sales volume of other hardware is more than 4 million sets. Other hardware is sold to the U.S.
• ALF has more than 100 customers and more than 50 suppliers.

• Domestic sales

ALF established domestic pressure gauge sales system including more than 30 end-users in 2005. Start from 2006, we focus our efforts on the sales of special pressure gauges. Major target customers: Petro-chemical industries, electric power, metallurgy system, etc. Now we have sold our pressure gauges to 4 customers in these fields.

• Development Plan
• Lockset and Hardware
• We have designed new style latches and prepared to apply for national patent.
• The equipment for producing cylinder has been renewed and the precision for lockset making is improved.
• Build a Zinc alloy die-casting base.(It have been started.)
• Develop OB and other lock finishes.
• Add assembly line to increase the capacity of lockset production to 5,000,000,000 sets per year.

• Pressure Gauge
• Develop process center to improve the ability of mould development and pressure gauge machining process.
• Build dust-free workshop to produce dust-free pressure gauge.
• Use laser welding machine to improve the quality and increase the speed of stainless steel gauge welding.
• Build assembly line for stainless steel pressure gauge to improve the quality and increase production efficiency.
• Apply for be UL manufacturer approval.
• Build general gauge socket production base.( To be finished before Oct. 2006)
• Develop SS tubes with new techniques, equipment and process.
• Recruit new engineers the quantity of technical staff to develop low pressure gauge, diaphragm seal gauge, pressure transform, electric contact pressure gauge.
• Domestic Sales: Based on SS bourdon tube and special gauge, we will strengthen the sales development and expand our share of the market.

• Develop salt test device and other laboratory equipment to improve the level of measure test.
• The ERP system will be consummated to strengthen accounting and control cost.
